Great Park, Irvine CA
We’ve been up in the big orange balloon several times, including the fourth of July! It’s fun, it’s free and the kids love it. The park provides sports equipment to check out if there is a wait time although the longest we’ve waited is 30 minutes. I like night flights better than the day simply because it’s nicer looking at city lights instead of an old air strip. Hours of operation vary so here’s the link:
